Assemblymember Hall currently serves on the following policy and fiscal committees: Assembly Committee on Appropriations Primary jurisdiction is fiscal bills, including bonds and alternative public financing. Assembly Committee on Governmental Organization 
Primary jurisdictions are public records, open meetings laws, natural disasters (this is shared with the Housing and Community Development Committee and Local Government Committee), tobacco products, and horseracing.Assembly Committee on Health Primary jurisdictions are health care, Medi-Cal, mental health licensing of health and health-related professionals, and long term health care facilities. Assembly Committee on Human Services Primary jurisdictions are child welfare services, foster care, adoption assistance, child care, nutrition programs, CalWORKs, Food Stamps, SSI/SSP, developmental disability services, Adult Protective Services, In-home Supportive Services and community care licensing. Assembly Committee on Rules Primary jurisdictions are proposed amendments to the rules, and other matters relating to the business of the Legislature.  |
